·1974 Foundation of Textilchemie Dr.Petry GmbH in Reutlingen by Dr.Jorg Petry

·1981 Foundation of the Swiss subsidiary {production and distribution}

·1996 Foundation of the Turkish subsidiary {distribution and local mixing facility}

·2005 Joining of Dr.Friedrich Petry as CEO→the same family runs Textilchemie Dr.Petr GmbH further on

·2007 Foundation of the Chinese subsidiary { distribution and local mixing facility}
